Ricky screwed up big time, but we have him to thank for saving Jack's life...and my local Fox news says that 24 is about to heat up. We can only hope.

And How lucky is he that they all keep shooting him in his bullet-proof vest?!?!
Have you noticed how often those "shoot 'em up" scenes happen in the dark (or in a dark warehouse or basement)? I think it gives them more flexibility to choose the outcome and logistics of any shooting well after the fact...
Absolutely!!! I have watched it 3 times and still have no idea who shot who!!! And I can never see Jack properly in the dark either!! How is a girl supposed to ogle when she cannot see him?!?
Also, point to note... in other seasons Jack has had a 5 o'clock shadow only hours after shaving (S4 he had it by noon!!). Post Chinese prison.... he hasn't grown a single whisker, even 18 hours after shaving!! So what is in the water in China?! Even the beard, to be fair, was pretty minimal seeing as he hadn't shaved in 20 months... he should have been tripping over it by then on his usual 'whisker growth rate'!!!
I actually think he had a shower and shave somewhere in the middle of today. Remember when he turned up in a suit? (CTU must stock them in all sizes.)
Unlike some other bloggers, I don't think that Jack is hot. (I preferred Fayed.) But even I thought he cleaned up very nicely.
Oooh!! I have to put my hand up and admit that I think Jack is very HHHOT!!
I think they both are handsome. But I think Curtis trumps Fayed and ties Jack
