The kill count went up by two this episode, but still it leaves us wanting for more action or plot advancement. Anyway to bring us up to speed. I missed the first 15 minutes or so, but I think I've got it all covered. Nothing much seemed to happen except the "Previously on 24".
Milo and Marilyn get away in the SWAT van, but practically get blowed up real good. Milo takes a round in the arm. All I want to know is why is Milo in the field. He's an IT guy. They don't send me out in the field with the SWAT team nor do they give me a gun (I'm a pretty good shot too!). It's just not fair. But again, I digress.
Jack saves them both to all of our surprise. He threatens Marilyn and she buckles telling Jack that she didn't do it on purpose, Dear Old George, I mean Dad/Phil made her do it because he has Jack's nephew/son. Philly baby is threatening to kill Josh if
Tom says that he is with Reed and get a guy in to do the deed. But as I suspected Tom is having a change of heart. After a meeting with the Prez, where the Prez says that he still values his opinion, Tom goes back to Reed to stall. Tom calls the Super Secret Service agent but Reed is listening and then cold clocks Tom with a flash light. That is going to leave Tom with a super headache and a good sized lump. Reed cancels Tom's meeting the the SS agent and ties him up in the boiler room. I think that duct tape was involved.
Morris continues to feel sorry for himself and isn't all Tickety Boo. He almost falls off the wagon but he stops himself before falling into the gutter. I think he is wishing that he set up that self destruct program or run once program for the nukes. Oops, his bad.
Jack heads to the hotel room where Josh is being held. Josh over heard Granddad talking to Jack and Marilyn and tries to go "get a soda" from a vending machine. Josh was totally smooth, he gets that from Jack. But Granddad is onto him and pulls the gun. Jack gets to the hotel room and they are GONE. Marilyn and Jack exchange many smoldery glances. Jack swaps himself for Josh in the building across the way and is subsequently held at gun point. He thinks his dad is going to do him in finally. As Jack is going on and on and on about being sorry for turning his back on the family while he was away at Chinese Prison where his brother Graem helped send him, Phil with the bad hair gets away.
Jack leaves and gets a message from former President Logan who looks as though he is in exile somewhere. (Is the first lady still with him, or is she with the handsome secret service agent? What is with the bad facial hair?) Logan says he can help. We are all left wondering what he wants in return. That is the quick recap. "A" did I miss anything?
