Kate, Green tea is really good. I had some at lunch today with one of my favorite foods -- sushi!

Don't even get me started on Sushi!! Actually, I prefer Sushi to Sashumi! But that is only that if they were the last 2 things on the earth to eat then I would eat the Sushi first.... but that would be after everything else had gone!!
I'm not a fussy eater honestly... but not quite as healthy as you lovely ladies!! Ironically they had a lot of green tea in Japan too.... maybe that doesn't help...
