I was thinking of Dr. David Banner...if you're the right age, and had a brother, you might remember Bill Bixby/Lew Ferrigno as the Incredible Hulk? (Has anyone done a movie remake of this yet?)
I was just thinking about David Banner the other day too, but I think it was when I was watching a rerun of the Pretender. The Hulk was made into a movie 2003. http://imdb.com/title/tt0286716/
I thought is was absolutely awful and after investing an hour, I had to watch the rest of it. It left me wishing I stopped at the hour mark!!!!

I used to love the Hulk. didn't watch the remake, as they are usually as M described.
Check this out though. I thought I was a "little" wierd with the whole Kiefer thing (probably am) but there are people out there ladies that are still hung up on The Coutship of Eddie's Father with our old friend Bill Bixby (May he rest in peace. Poor guy went out with prostate cancer at like 52! Horrible)
Anyhow, there are websites for "Eddie" and people write to him all the time just encouraging him to hang in there till his great comeback! Please don't even ask me how I found that site, I swear I can't remember, but I did enjoy grooving on the old Courtship of Eddie's Father theme song!! It still holds up believe it or not! "People let me tell ya 'bout my best friend!"

Personally, when 24 goes, my fascination with it will too. (And then, The 24 Blog will find a dignified death, not at all induced by a medical interrogation.)

back to the hulk thing... I like a lot of "bad" movies -- like Cliffhanger. I will watch and enjoy just about any movie, but The Hulk gets no "Dammits" (aka stars) from me. Even Team America got Dammits from me, that is how bad I thought the hulk was :-)
