I'm glad you've explained this whole thing (again). This is the first time I've understood all of the ins and outs of the Lisa/Twenty Eight Year Old Boyfriend/Russian connection.

So, we're puling this whole operation together to lie to the Russians, involving having a White House employee filmed making whoopee with a Russian spy; putting her life at risk...and all of the people in the truck...uploading the erroneous data to the PDA so that the Russians will think that the Americans have thwarted the Chinese plot.

Wouldn't it just be easier to tell the truth?
