We didn't have that ad...is it a reality show about New Orleans?
That is horrible. Thankfully, we didn't have so much reality TV after 9/11. Although people behaved horribly when visiting lower Manhattan. I remember watching people climbing up onto light poles to get a "view". When they decided to build a viewing platform, I was horrified...but after they did, it cleared the gawkers off the street. Maybe in that sense, reality TV would have served us...people wouldn't have had to leave their homes to gawk. I kept on trying to see it as people trying to find their compassion. I just couldn't. Probably my shortcoming.
