Gomukhasana means "cow-face pose". Sometimes when I'm practicing it, I feel kind of stuck.
...perfect for this week's combination of limited mobility: facial, and plot.

If you feel stuck (or find it challenging to ground your seat evenly), you can always try this one with the bottom leg extended.
(I really am a yoga teacher, I don't just play one on TV! Though it would rock to be the workplace yoga teacher at CTU, or even at the new FBI offices! Surely they could use the stress relief, and it might help with some of the eeeeevil!)
