Tony doesn't follow thru

He said "One more word nd I'll put a bullet in your brain" and then he made him say Yes. Yet Jibraan still lives. Now in the world of Pulp Fiction, Jules would have blown him away after he said "SAY WHAT AGAIN!!!"
