Milo and Ricky have "history". This has allowed Chloe to pout and grimace again, like she's supposed to. (When you watch with the subtitles, a habit I've developed from watching with my dad, it says, "scoffs" when Chloe grimaces and exhales sharply.)
How did President Palmer get a bad guy for Vice President? I mean, it seems like they are from different political parties! (Because in the TV-verse, the two parties are radically different.)
