I'm going to start counting improbable one on one policy discussions between the President and staffers. Like she's gonna decide about an invasion just after talking with (Maybe Evil) Ethan.
And again, on the briefing: she knows who Tony is and that he's not dead -- and we've only known this for like 3 hours or so. Information knows know boundaries in the government of the 24-verse.
(and more signs of the inappropriate relationship between Renee and her boss...she's been insubordinate and rogue, but he's all moony about her...)
