Maybe more brutal with "innocent" characters. And yeah, knifing definitely would be considered more brutal and personal than the sterile medical interrogation. Or maybe even more brutal than Jack shooting the kneecap of the wife of some bad guy he was trying to sweat. (That is a terrible sentence. I'm tired, maybe there is a way to render that in better English, but...)
The blog or website where I snagged the photo of the marzipan fingers said that they were a Martha Stewart creation.
