I'm not even understanding why Jack and Renee needed Vlad. Why couldn't they go directly to Josef's Dad? (Igor? am I remembering that correctly? and don't the writers either know any actual Russians -- or do any research? Every Russian man I know is either named Alex, or has about 15 friends named Alex...)
