Also, re 'damnits'! Are you counting 2 from Jack plus 1 from Milo or 2 in all... cos we got 2 from Jack though the first was so quiet I had to rewind to check!

I was thinking, what if Ricky is Jack's clone? They've been growing him in a lab somewhere (which would explain his lack of social skills).
I'm wondering, too, what the whole thing about "Denver" is. Milo, Ricky, and the slick looking guy all came from "Denver". (Maybe it is a code name?)
