Don't Push Me! Yoga Pose of the Week: Standing Bow Pulling

In Bikram Yoga, they call this pose "standing bow pulling" These women have beautiful determination, and a strong gaze (which is important in yoga). Their standing legs are quite hyperextended (i.e. knee pushed back) which I'd advise against -- it's not safe for the knee.

Hyperextension also describes this season's plotline -- and possibly the continued existence of the 24 franchise. Sigh.

Where are the old writers? Bring back Nina!
